All orders are fulfilled through Luma Prints and shipped directly from their facility.

• Processing time: 3–7 business days for printing and packaging.
• Shipping time: 5–10 business days (U.S.), depending on your location.
• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please allow extra time during holidays or large order periods. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
